You need a Title 24 energy compliance report any time you pull a building permit in California for: new construction, room additions, ADUs, JADUs, garage conversions, or remodels that affect windows, exterior walls, insulation, HVAC systems, or water heating. Your local building department requires the report before issuing a permit.
Our standard turnaround time is 3-5 business days from receipt of your complete plans. Rush same-day service is available for an additional $100 fee when ordered by 10am Monday through Friday.
